Tonight we tried a little campfire cooking, making brownies in cardboard ovens…

Cover your box in foil, pop your cake mix on a baking tray, put the ‘oven’ over the cake and put the lot above your fire. Easy. (so long as your box doesn’t catch fire…)

Also, Dizzy is no longer an Explorer Scout but now an Explorer Scout Leader as she turned 18 last week! Happy Birthday Dizzy & great to have you in the team!
