We had a really successful night yesterday, the presentation went fantastic, I couldn’t have been prouder of the cubs for their behaviour. We started off with a short presentation of pictures from the programme that we have just done , then the cubs all got up to say a few words about cub scouting; after that we did three investments and handed out all the badges. We gave out around 90 badges with investments included so it took a while to hand them all around, Jonathan Chicken our District Commissioner handed them out which was a bonus and lent a bit of extra pomp to the night. The cubs all did very well when they got up to talk about why they like cub scouts and presented themselves extremely well. The seats were all full so I think just about every child had a family member present which was really fantastic and very encouraging for the cubs, it’s great to see parents supporting their children. Thanks for everyone attending and hopefully we will see them all again at the next event.
