In the unit we are no strangers to expressing our culinary talents. We raised the bar recently when we had a visit from a professional chef. He showed us how to make bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with mozerella and basil served on a bed of risotto.
The recipe was pretty complicated compared to what we are  usually used to but all of the unit managed to make an excellent job of cooking  it. I have to say it tasted really good. The recipe is coming soon if you want  to have a go yourself. What particulalyy impressed us was that with the  exception of the oven all of the cooking gear was the stuff we use when we go  away to camp. The challenge is definitely on to raise the standard of our summer  camp menu. Any ideas?
