Day Three at camp has been one for the books—packed with challenge and activities.
This morning, the Scouts and Explorer Scouts set off on an epic incident hike with a twist… they weren’t just hiking—they were on a treasure hunt! Armed with a mysterious map, they had to navigate around the map to uncover a hidden stash of pirate treasure. But the treasure wasn’t just lying around—it had to be earned!
Along the way, they faced a series of imaginative and hands-on incident challenges, including:
🗝️ Searching for hidden keys in the undergrowth
🌉 Building rope bridges to cross imaginary rivers and escape quicksand
🎯 Knocking down barrels using a catapult
🏴☠️ And the grand finale—storming a pirate ship to claim the treasure!
After some well-earned rest and dinner, the evening fun kicked off with a lively game of Teeball.
Then came the evening’s highlight: Mr. Lloyd’s legendary game show, “You Have a Prize, But Will You Win It?” The name says it all! Contestants matched cards for the chance to steal prizes from each other.
We certainly didn’t let storm Floris get in the way of the fun.
