Had a fun night at cubs last week, balloons balloons and more balloons! Hot air balloons, Helicopter balloons, rocket balloons and balloon modelling. It was such a laugh. We started off on separate bases each doing a different activity. The hot air balloons were ok but a little disappointing. I bought large bags to do it but they didn’t work very well, the best one was a huge clear bag that I got from the dry cleaners, that one worked well, it would have been better outdoors as it would have got more height so it was restricted only by the height of the ceiling.The helicopter balloons were fun do do, they were very entertaining and we played with those for ages.  The rocket balloons were not as good as the last time we did it.  I’ts hard to find the right sort of balloons so I got some on-line but it turned out they weren’t right either but it still kept them amused trying to figure out a way to do it.  Last but not least, balloon modelling, it speaks for itself really, great fun figuring out how to make balloon animals and swords etc, we will def do that activity again.
