As part of our on-going training we have been working with our Patrol Leaders to plan a leadership course. The aim of the course is to help the patrol leaders bond as a group and to develop skills and confidence to assist them in their role. We decided that it would also be beneficial to also invite older Scouts who may eventually become Patrol Leaders too.

As the course will directly benefit our Troop we are going to absorb the cost in our funds so we can provide it free of charge to the Scouts.
